Amos (Trimble Flats) Cemetery can be found in Lakeview

The Amos Cemetery, formerly the Trimble Flats Cemetery, is located on Surrey Drive in Lakeview, about 2/10th mile South of State Highway 178 West. The original Amos cemetery was moved to this location by the United States Army Corp of Engineers when the Bull Shoals Dam was being built in the 1950's. Burials date from the late 1800's. Although burials are infrequent today, the cemetery remains active. The care and upkeep of the cemetery appears to be nominal at best.
